  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

From time to time, Brezs.shop may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable terms will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information (if provided by the shipping carrier).

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Shipping Address

Lost or Damaged Packages

International Shipping

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If an order is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or could not be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees and additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
